Duncan.
I’m Duncan. Since 2019 I’ve been building steel-frame bikes in a small workshop in Olten — one at a time, by hand. I used to be a bike mechanic, then an engineer. At some point I wanted to put both together.
Philosophy
Steel is honest. It forgives no mistakes and reacts to every detail. That’s exactly why I build with it. A frame that lasts 30 years isn’t a luxury — it’s sustainability in its most concrete form.
